Restoration: Lightly cleaned with touch-up to a few small flakes amounting to less than 1% of total area.
Frame: 19th century gilded gesso over wood deep cove frame with knob ornaments at corners and axes, raised acanthus leaf and berry decoration along outer moulding, raised floral and foliate decoration within cove and on an inner moulding with the painting set within a flat gilt liner.
